Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking a Product Manager Intern to turn complex HR and recruitment workflows into simple, powerful experiences. You’ll work at the intersection of technology, business, and users, shaping products used by thousands of employers across Indonesia.

Join a fast-moving, YC-backed startup and own elements of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating with engineering, design, and operations to deliver high-quality features that empower teams and job

About the Role

You’ll support building products that power how thousands of companies run and hire. As Product Manager Intern, you’ll turn complex workflows into simple, powerful experiences — whether that’s managing payroll and performance on KantorKu HRIS, or helping employers find their next great hire through Dealls ATS.

You’ll sit at the intersection of tech, business, and users — shaping products that impact hundreds of thousands of employees and millions of job seekers across Indonesia.

What You’ll Do
