Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking a Product Manager to turn complex HR and recruitment workflows into simple, powerful experiences across KantorKu and Dealls ATS. You’ll own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, shaping products used by thousands of employers and millions of job seekers in Indonesia.

Sitting at the intersection of tech, business, and users, you’ll set roadmaps, collaborate with engineering and design, define success metrics, and balance short‑term delivery

• Prior direct product management experience.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Working knowledge of how highly scaled digital/mobile products come together.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Constant attention to detail.

• Define and prioritize roadmaps based on data, user feedback, and business goals.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operations to deliver features on time and at high quality.
• Deeply understand HR and recruitment workflows — translate pain points into elegant, scalable solutions.
• Set success metrics (adoption, engagement, retention) and drive product decisions through insight.
• Balance short‑term delivery with long‑term product strategy and scalability.
