Job summary

Manulife and John Hancock is seeking a Product Implementation Assistant Manager to lead end-to-end product implementations, enhancements, and strategic initiatives within Indonesia. You will collaborate with Product Development, Pricing, Operations and Technology to translate business requirements into effective system solutions delivered on time.

The role covers requirement analysis, documentation, UAT, launch readiness, and post-implementation support, offering broad exposure to life insurance

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in the life insurance industry.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and product implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product implementation activities for new products and enhancements.
• Review specifications and requirements with stakeholders to ensure clarity.
• Facilitate discussions and planning for successful project delivery.
• Coordinate UAT activities with business users and technology teams.
• Prepare customer-facing docs and launch-related operational requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and coordinate resolutions.
• Support launch readiness across operational, system, training, and comms.
• Assist post-launch support and ongoing enhancement initiatives.
