Job summary

Manulife Financial is seeking a Product Implementation Assistant Manager to coordinate regulatory submissions, prepare business documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product implementation and launch.

The role also involves UAT, system enhancements, and creating marketing and training materials to support product rollouts across Product Development, Compliance, Pricing, Marketing, and Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Insurance, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance industry, preferably in Product Development, Product Management, or a related function.
• Good understanding of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and product approval processes.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Pricing, Compliance, Marketing, and Technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
