PT Teknologi Kuliner Kekinian seeks a customer-focused Product Implementation specialist to support post-purchase success. You will conduct facility walkthroughs, guide on-site implementations, and deliver on-site training to ensure successful deployment at customer sites.

Ideal candidates are Bali-based or willing to relocate, with 1–2 years in related roles and strong English communication. A personal vehicle is required for on-site support and travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (preferably communications, technology, or engineering).
• 1–2 years of experience in product implementation, management consulting, enterprise product management, technical support, or sales.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.
• Own a personal vehicle for on-site customer support.
• Strong problem-solving, logical and analytical thinking.
• Good organizational skills and time prioritization.

Responsabilidades

• Servicing the product after purchase.
• Visit customers and perform a walk-through of the facility and gather information to aid implementation.
• Guide the product team to perform the implementation at the customer’s facility.
• Render onsite training to the customer during implementation.
• Provide post-implementation follow-up to review the project and identify gaps.
• Act as backup resource to sales for online/onsite product demonstrations.
• Respond to customer-submitted support requests as needed.
• Participate in product development meetings to understand new functionalities and report customer feedback.
• Travel to customer facilities as necessary for implementations.

Responsible for servicing the product after purchase

Visit customers and perform a walk-thru of the facility, and gather the information that will aid in a successful implementation

Guide the product team from the company to perform the implementation at the customer’s facility

Render onsite training to the customer during implementation

Provide after implementation call to the customer’s facility to review the project and identify any gaps that may exist

Serve as a backup resource to the sales team for online/Onsite demonstrations of the product

Respond to customer-submitted support requests as needed

Partake in product development meetings to comprehend new functionalities and provide reports on customer feedback

Travel to customer facilities as necessary for implementations.

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in any relevant field (preferably bachelor's in communication, technology, and engineering)

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as product implementation, management consulting, enterprise product management, technical support, or sales.

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

Currently based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali

Own a personal vehicle for on-site customer support

Should be good at problem-solving skills, logical & analytical thinking

Have good organizational skills especially in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
