PT Rakamin Kolektif Madani is seeking a senior product leader to own the product view across modules and manage client engagements end-to-end. You will frame goals, approve specifications, and guide trade-offs with the Project Leader and Technical Lead.
You will run weekly client cadences, lead demos and change-management efforts, and ensure adoption and expansion through your delivery leadership.
You own the product view across every module in an engagement. You frame what the product must do and why, you approve the specification that satisfies that intent, and you make the trade-off calls inside a locked scope when something has to give. You run the weekly client cadence, and every report you send proposes the next move. You lead the demo, the training strategy, and the change-management story that gets the clients people to actually adopt what we built. You carry a maximum of two engagements at a time.
Key responsibilities
Lock scope against a working prototype the client has tapped through and approved as the contract, with an explicit out-of-scope list.
Frame the product intent every specification must satisfy, and approve the specification at the buildability gate alongside the Project Leader and the Technical Lead.
Run the weekly client cadence: reporting that proposes the next move and that the client acts on.
Lead demos, training strategy, and change-management communication so the deliverable earns adoption.
Orchestrate the squad day to day inside the agreed plan: assign modules to Product Consultants with the product intent attached, and keep design, build, and client reality moving together.
Decide the medium-tier change requests with an impact assessment, and give the Project Leader early warning the moment scope and reality start to diverge.
Get a feasibility verdict from the Technical Lead before you promise anything to a client.
Grow a Product Consultant toward this seat on your engagement.
Own the product deliverable of your engagements, end to end, against a named client business metric with an agreed baseline.
Own adoption and expansion: measured adoption, a phase-2 framing, or an upsell that comes out of work you led.
About you
5 to 8 years in product management, product consulting, or management consulting with a product deliverable, including engagements you led in front of client directors.
Can reframe a vague executive mandate into the actual problem, choose one focus area over the alternatives, and defend that choice with numbers to a room that thinks in budgets.
Has locked scope against something the client could click, and has held that line through the change requests that followed.
Directs designers and engineers well: enough technical fluency to discuss trade-offs without oversimplifying the build, enough design taste to tell excellent work from merely acceptable work and say why.
A portfolio of application UI/UX work you can share, with at least one case study that shows the users you designed for, the mental models and pain points you worked from, and the craft decisions you made.
Reads a messy enterprise data reality and pulls a defensible insight out of it.
Leads change: adoption, resistance, and the politics of a large organization moving to a new way of working.
Writes and presents at board level in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Uses AI as leverage across the whole job, from analysis to prototyping, and exercises judgment about where it should decide and where a person must.
A shipped B2B product you can walk us through and defend, from the first client conversation to adoption.
