Job summary

KBA DMC in Denpasar, Bali, is seeking a Product Executive to develop and maintain our travel product portfolio across Indonesia. You will source hotels, activities, and other tourism offerings, negotiating rates and terms with suppliers to keep our catalog competitive for the international market.

The role requires strong negotiating skills, English fluency, and a deep understanding of Bali and Indonesian tourism products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product, Contracting, Reservation, or a relevant position within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of Bali and Indonesian tourism products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Able to maintain strong relationships with hotels, activity providers, restaurants, and other tourism suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KBA DMC's travel product portfolio.
• Source new hotels, activities, excursions, restaurants, transportation, and other tourism products.
• Negotiate contract rates, special offers, benefits, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
• Maintain and update product information, rates, validity periods, blackout dates, cancellation policies, and other contracting details.
• Analyze product competitiveness and market positioning.
• Maintain strong relationships and regular communication with suppliers.
• Coordinate with Reservation, Sales, Operations, and other internal departments.
• Identify new destinations, experiences, and products that meet current market trends and client requirements.
• Ensure product and contracting information is accurate and up to date in the company's system.
