Job summary

PT TRAVEL DMC INDONESIA in Bali seeks a B2B Travel Operations & Reservations Executive to support a Singapore-based DMC. You will handle daily enquiries from Indonesian travel agents, coordinate travel services, and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners.

Responsibilities include preparing quotations, coordinating hotels, tours, transfers, and packages, and ensuring timely responses. You will work with the operations and reservations team to ensure smooth bookings and growth

Qualifications

• Experience in travel agency, DMC, hotel reservations, or tour operations.
• Good knowledge of Bali tourism and travel products.
• Strong written English and Bahasa Indonesia communication via email/WhatsApp.
• Ability to handle multiple enquiries and coordinate with partners.
• Willingness to meet travel agents and business partners in Bali.

• Provide and coordinate Singapore travel rates, packages, hotels, tours and transfers.
• Handle Bali inbound enquiries, including hotels, tours, transfers, activities and packages.
• Prepare quotations and proposals based on agent requirements.
• Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, transport companies and other service providers for rates and availability.
• Follow up on pending quotations, bookings and confirmations.
• Maintain accurate booking and enquiry records.
• Coordinate with the operations and reservations team to ensure smooth handling of bookings.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with B2B travel agents.

B2B Travel Operations & Reservations Executive - Bali

This is a B2B Travel Operations & Reservations Executive position based in Bali, supporting a Singapore-based Destination Management Company. You will handle daily enquiries and requests from travel agents in Indonesia and other countries, coordinate travel services and packages, and maintain strong relationships with B2B travel agency partners.

Key responsibilities

Handle daily enquiries and requests received from travel agents in Indonesia and other countries

Respond to agent enquiries professionally and within the required turnaround time

Provide and coordinate Singapore travel rates, packages, hotels, tours and transfers

Handle Bali inbound enquiries, including hotels, tours, transfers, activities and packages

Prepare quotations and proposals based on agent requirements

Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, transport companies and other service providers for rates and availability

Follow up on pending quotations, bookings and confirmations

Maintain accurate booking and enquiry records

Coordinate with the operations and reservations team to ensure smooth handling of bookings

Build and maintain good working relationships with B2B travel agents

About you

Previous experience in travel agency, DMC, hotel reservations, tour operations or travel operations is preferred

Good knowledge of Bali tourism and travel products

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Good written communication skills for email and WhatsApp communication

Good computer skills and familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace

Strong follow-up and coordination skills

Able to work independently and manage multiple enquiries at the same time

Customer-service oriented with a professional attitude

Willing to meet travel agents and business partners in Bali when required
