KBA DMC, a leading Indonesian DMC, is seeking a Travel Designer in Bali to craft tailor-made itineraries across Indonesia based on client requests and budgets.
You will prepare quotations for FITs, groups, and luxury tours, coordinate with hotels, transport, guides, and activity suppliers, and ensure every proposal is client-ready.

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate and creative Travel Designer to join our team.
Design tailor‑made travel itineraries throughout Indonesia based on client requests and budgets.
Prepare accurate quotations for FIT, groups, luxury travel, and special interest tours.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, guides, and activity suppliers.
Recommend unique experiences and hidden gems that match each client’s travel style.
Revise proposals based on client feedback and ensure every itinerary is detailed and client‑ready.
Work closely with the Reservations and Operations teams to ensure smooth tour execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers across Indonesia.
Stay updated with new destinations, tourism trends, and travel products.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a DMC, travel agency, or tour operator.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong knowledge of Indonesia’s tourism destinations.
Experience creating FIT and Group itineraries.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with Tourplan or similar reservation systems is an advantage.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
