Job summary

PT Yasma Natura Internasional is seeking a diligent Trial Technician to support product trial processes in our manufacturing environment, across food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic sectors.

You will weigh raw materials, prepare equipment and documents, and record results, while upholding GMP, SOP, and health and safety standards. A vocational background (SMK) and 1–2 years' experience are preferred, with good teamwork and precision.

Qualifications

• SMK vocational high school; industrial pharmacy preferred.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic sectors.
• Understanding of weighing raw materials and use of measuring equipment.
• Meticulous, disciplined, and able to follow work instructions and SOP.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work according to trial process requirements.
• Knowledge of GMP, 5S/5S, or HACCP valued.
• Experience in production environments with priority to quality and precision.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing product trial processes according to Product Development team guidance.
• Weigh raw materials according to established formulas.
• Prepare documents and equipment before trial processes in accordance with procedures.
• Record trial results, material usage, and process data accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure equipment is in good condition after use.
• Assist in sample collection and evaluation of trial results with relevant teams.
• Comply with SOP, GMP, and occupational health and safety requirements during work processes.
