Job summary

Responsibilities

Support the development, evaluation, and improvement of products and applications
Conduct laboratory trials, product testing, and technical evaluations
Provide technical support to the Sales team and customers
Assist in identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable product or application solutions
Support customer trials, product demonstrations, and technical presentations
Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate product-development records
Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, Sales, and other relevant departments to resolve technical issues
