Job summary

PT Priama Food Indonesia is seeking an entry-level R&D assistant to join the product development team. You will prepare materials and equipment for trials, weigh and record materials accurately, assist in trial execution, and ensure data traceability in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes following SOPs, contributing to quality innovation, and collaborating with the team to deliver reliable trial results.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK qualification in pharmacy, analysis, culinary arts, or chemistry.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a formulator or in food production R&D.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
• Able to conduct weighing and data recording accurately.
• Understanding of basic GMP/CPPOB and food safety principles.
• Able to adapt quickly and follow dynamic work pace.
