Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in R&D, preferably in supervisory role.
• Knowledge of reviewing and maintaining specifications for raw materials, packaging materials, bulk products, and finished products.
• Understanding of product stability testing, documentation, and regulatory requirements relevant to R&D.
• GMP/CPKB training certificate or related training experience.
• Proficient in SAP and its use in R&D documentation and data management.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support R&D activities.
• Review and maintain specifications for raw materials, packaging, bulk products, and finished products.

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in R&D, preferably in a similar supervisory role within the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or related industry.

Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in reviewing, and maintaining specifications for raw materials, packaging materials, bulk products, and finished products.

Solid understanding of product stability testing, documentation, and regulatory requirements relevant to R&D activities.

Possess a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/CPKB) training certificate or relevant training experience.

Proficient in SAP and familiar with its application in R&D documentation and data management.

Excellent documentation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency of technical documentation.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
