Job summary

PT Lotte Indonesia is seeking a motivated product development specialist to support new product development and improvements. You will assist formulation, run trials, and evaluate results to help bring concepts to production.

You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and other teams, prepare trial reports, and maintain attention to detail while learning quickly in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Biology/Microbiology, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1+ year in Food & Beverage is a plus.
• Basic understanding of food ingredients, formulation, product trials, food processing, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Support new product development and product improvement projects.
• Conduct product trial and evaluate the results.
• Support product formulation and ingredients evaluations.
• Support product scale-up from trial stage to production.
• Support troubleshooting related to product formulation and production processes.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and other related functions.
• Prepare trial reports and other product development documents.
