Job summary

PT Yasma Natura Internasional is seeking a diligent Trial Technician to support product trial processes in our manufacturing environment, across food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic sectors.

You will weigh raw materials, prepare equipment and documents, and record results, while upholding GMP, SOP, and health and safety standards. A vocational background (SMK) and 1–2 years' experience are preferred, with good teamwork and precision.

Qualifications

• SMK vocational high school; industrial pharmacy preferred.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing, in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic sectors.
• Understanding of weighing raw materials and use of measuring equipment.
• Meticulous, disciplined, and able to follow work instructions and SOP.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work according to trial process requirements.
• Knowledge of GMP, 5S/5S, or HACCP valued.
• Experience in production environments with priority to quality and precision.

This role involves supporting product trial processes in a manufacturing environment, specifically within the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic industry. You will work with the Product Development team to execute trial procedures, manage raw material weighing, prepare documentation and equipment, and maintain accurate records of trial results and process data.

About you

• Meticulous, disciplined, and able to follow work instructions and SOP
• Able to work collaboratively in a team with good communication skills
• Willing to work according to trial process requirements
• Understanding of GMP, 5R/5S, or HACCP is valued
