Job summary

COTG INDONESIA is seeking a Product Development professional to drive new beverage initiatives from concept through packaging. You will collaborate with R&D to align formulations with regulatory standards and market needs.

You will analyze market trends, support cost and pricing strategies, and coordinate with supply chain, production and quality teams to ensure successful launches and profitable products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in Product Development or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of food regulations, labeling, and trends.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
