Job summary

Gently in Indonesia is seeking a Product Development Supervisor to lead and execute product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring timelines, quality, and objectives are met. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, oversee testing and documentation, and drive innovation to deliver high-quality products that meet consumer needs and business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Biotechnology, or related

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in product development, R&D, or related functions within FMCG, Personal Care, and Cosmetics industries.
Experience managing product development projects from concept to commercialization.
Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with BPOM, Halal, product claims, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned NPD, renovation, export support, and innovation projects from concept to launch.
Coordinate sample development, user panel testing, stability testing, and project documentation.
Monitor project timelines and follow up with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare development reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Review product artworks, claims, and supporting information as assigned.
Support SOP implementation and process improvement activities.
Escalate project risks and delays to Assistant Manager and Junior Manager.
