Job summary

PT Mersifarma TM in Depok, Indonesia is seeking a Formulation Development Supervisor to manage and supervise the development of new pharmaceutical products and enhancements of existing products. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and 4–6 years of experience in formulation development, showcasing strong leadership and regulatory knowledge.

This role includes ensuring compliance with industry standards and collaborating with various departments to achieve project targets within timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Formulation Development Supervisor within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in leading teams or product development projects is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical formulation development, scale-up, technology transfer, and process validation.
• Good knowledge of GMP, GLP, CPOB, and BPOM regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise formulation development activities for new products.
• Coordinate formulation trials, scale-up processes, and technology transfer.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, CPOB standards, and BPOM regulations.
• Evaluate raw materials and formulation methods for effective product development.
• Collaborate with various departments to support product development.
• Lead and develop the formulation team for efficient operations.
