• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development, Brand Management, or Product Innovation.
• Proven experience managing the New Product Development (NPD) cycle from concept to launch.
• Experience coordinating with R&D and Production and managing local/international vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to support product development and portfolio expansion.
• Develop product concepts for evaluation by the team and management.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities related to product development and scheduling.
• Coordinate with R&D, Production, and local/international vendors regarding prototypes and timelines.
• Align product information across functions, including ingredients, benefits, claims, and product usage.
• Coordinate local and international product registration processes, including claims and artwork compliance.
• Conduct presentations for customers, training teams, and other stakeholders, both internally and externally, as required.
• Conduct product presentations for internal and external purposes.
• Conduct consumer surveys to support product improvement and development.
• Coordinate clinical testing to support product claims.
• Develop product development roadmaps and optimize the existing product portfolio in accordance with brand philosophy.

Product Development is responsible for managing the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring products meet market needs, quality and safety standards, and business targets. The role involves analyzing market trends and consumer insights, developing product concepts and roadmaps, coordinating with R&D, Production, and vendors, and ensuring product registration, claims, and compliance requirements are properly managed.

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development, Brand Management, or Product Innovation, preferably in the cosmetics or FMCG industry.
• Proven experience managing the New Product Development (NPD) cycle, from concept development through product launch.
• Experienced in conducting market research, developing product roadmaps, and coordinating clinical testing and regulatory compliance for local and international markets.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional coordination with R&D and Production, as well as managing local and international vendors.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for both internal and customer-facing purposes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with good English communication skills.
