PT Zoomlion Indonesia Heavy Industry is seeking a detail‑oriented administrator to manage certification processes, regulatory updates, and predefined documentation for management review. The role requires strong communication, document management, and coordination with HSE and sales teams in Indonesia.

Eligible candidates have a bachelor’s degree, familiarity with MS Office, and knowledge of heavy equipment certification and Indonesian HSE regulations.

Key Responsibility

• Provide regular reports on certification progress and updates on regulatory changes.
• Draft, review and manage for any business relevant letters, memos, reports, meeting minutes and presentation for management executive.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Oversee daily business operations and ensure implementation of policies from HQ.
• Coordinate and collaborate with sales team & HSE Team to Verifying that each unit meets the required safety standards in indonesia before sale.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather relevant information necessary for reporting, meeting arrangement and data analysis.
• Learn and proficiently use the company in-house system to ensure accurate data entry and management of business operations.
• Responsible for the application, maintenance, and renewal of SILO certification for every machinery Indonesia & Coordinate with HSE team to ensure the certification.
• Responsible for the application & inspection of Commisioning Inspection and Vehicle Ownership Certificate Application for others related machinery in Indonesia (SILO).
• Communicate with authorised agency & local certification bodies, submit certification applications, and follow up on approval progress.
• Establish and maintain product certification records to ensure document integrity and traceability.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Familiar with office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Having the sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
• Required Language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Posses own transport and valid driving license.
