Job summary

Eligible candidates have a bachelor’s degree, familiarity with MS Office, and knowledge of heavy equipment certification and Indonesian HSE regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above required.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulation in Indonesia and certification for heavy equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular reports on certification progress and regulatory updates.
• Draft and manage letters, memos, reports, meeting minutes and presentations for management.
• Coordinate with sales, HSE, and other departments to ensure certification and compliance before sale.
