Job summary

Grab is seeking a Data Scientist in Jakarta to turn product questions into testable hypotheses and actionable insights. You will partner with Product Managers to design experiments, analyze user behaviour, and guide product direction with evidence.

You will build deep user understanding and support the lifecycle from ideation to execution, shaping features based on impact and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, or Engineering or related field.
• At least 2+ years in Analytics, BI, or Data Science, preferably in internet/ D-to-C with large data.
• Proficiency in Spark/PySpark/Databricks and SQL; strong data visualization with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver analytical insights.
• Perform in-depth analyses of operational data, including business impact and NLP-based analysis.
• Develop dashboards to monitor Grab Support operations and overall business performance.
