Job summary

Grab is seeking an Operations Analytics Lead in Jakarta to drive data-driven decisions across merchant strategy and control tower operations. You will translate complex operational challenges into analytical models, dashboards, and actionable insights.

You will own analytics initiatives spanning merchant acquisition, incubation, and segmentation, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with data platform teams to ensure data integrity and scalable reporting.

Qualifications

5+ years in BI, data analytics, operations analytics, or strategy consulting in high-growth tech/e-commerce.
Strong SQL, Python, and building executive-facing dashboards.
Experience translating business problems into structured quantitative insights and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

Translate business goals into analytical roadmaps and project deliverables.
Design and own core strategic analytics and merchant frameworks.
Deliver actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations.
Build, automate, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting pipelines.
Maintain data integrity and collaborate with data platforms teams on data hygiene.
Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in SQL/Python.
