Job summary

GudangAda is seeking Product Analytics professionals at multiple seniority levels to join our data-driven product teams in Indonesia. You will collaborate with product, engineering, research, and design to drive growth, improve data deliverables, and monitor performance metrics.

You will work with data engineers and data scientists to maintain data integrity, analyze large datasets, and design/interpret A/B tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Math, Stats, or Engineering from a reputable university.
• Fresh graduates and experienced hires can apply.
• Experience with SQL to perform complex queries.
• Experience with Metabase, Mixpanel, Tableau, or Power BI for dashboards.
• Experience with Python or R for scripting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, eng, research and design to drive product growth.
• Coordinate with data engineers and data scientists to maintain data quality.
• Set up and monitor metrics and tracking specifications for performance.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Conduct quantitative analyses: funnel, impact, cost-benefit, segmentation, forecasting.
• Design and interpret A/B tests to optimize features.
• Present findings to stakeholders with clear visuals and stories.

Product Analytics (Multiple seniority level positions available)

GudangAda is a leading B2B marketplace platform with USD 120+ million raised from Sequoia Capital, Alpha JWC, Asia Partner, and Falcon Edge. We focus on addressing the underserved needs of millions of traditional retailers in Indonesia, a segment that faces challenges including limited product variety, uncompetitive wholesale prices, lack of access to producers’ promotional support, and lack of reliable and cost-effective delivery services.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product team members such as product managers, engineering, research, and design to push product growth while continuously improving product deliverables
• Work collaboratively with core data team members such as data engineers and data scientists to maintain data integrity and improve data deliverables
• Set up and monitor metrics for measuring product/project/functional performance and define and examine tracking specifications for those metrics
• Work with a complex and large volume of data to understand trends, behaviors, and opportunities for improvement using an analytical approach/technique
• Conduct quantitative analysis to answer various business questions (e.g. impact analysis, funnel analysis, cost-benefit, segmentation, forecasting)
• Help design, execute and interpret the results of A/B tests to optimize existing features or evaluate new feature implementation
• Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of technical and non-technical stakeholders, creating visual displays of quantitative information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering from a reputable university
• Fresh graduates and experienced hires can apply
• Strong SQL skills to perform complex data queries and data manipulation
• Experience developing reports and/or dashboards using data visualization tools (Metabase, Mixpanel, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with scripting for data analysis and/or visualization (Python, R)
• Good understanding of statistical concepts and experimental design, especially A/B experiments
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, able to effectively turn business questions and/or problems into data analysis and interpret insights into understandable conclusions
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to tell a story with data
• Prior exposure to web or Android tracking is a plus
• Prior experience in marketplace, logistics, e‑commerce, B2B, or top tech companies is a plus
• Prior experience in any data analytics role (data analyst, business intelligence, data scientist) is a plus
