Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement for raw materials, packaging, and production consumables. The role focuses on sourcing, supplier management, cost control, and cross-department coordination to ensure timely delivery for manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing procurement, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in Excel with exposure to SAP or ERP systems.
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage and execute end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, packaging materials, production consumables, and other materials required to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has strong experience in manufacturing procurement, particularly in sourcing, supplier management, purchasing, delivery follow-up, negotiation, cost control, and coordination with internal departments.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process from Purchase Requisition (PR), supplier sourcing, quotation, negotiation, Purchase Order (PO), order confirmation, delivery monitoring, and invoice reconciliation.
Source and develop new suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials, production consumables, spare parts, and other manufacturing requirements and also support for Project Needs.
Conduct supplier evaluation based on price, quality, delivery performance, capacity, responsiveness, and reliability.
Request and compare quotations from suppliers and prepare purchasing recommendations.
Negotiate price, payment terms, MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity), lead time, delivery schedule, and other commercial terms.
Issue and monitor Purchase Orders according to approved requirements and company procedures.
Negotiating prices and commercial terms to drive cost efficiency, planning purchasing budgets and forecasting.
Closely follow up supplier production and delivery schedules to ensure materials arrive on time and according to production requirements.
Coordinate with PMC, Production, Warehouse, QA/QC, Engineering, Finance, and other departments regarding material requirements and procurement issues.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain good long-term supplier relationships.
Support cost reduction and cost-saving initiatives through supplier negotiation, alternative sourcing, and purchasing analysis.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, or Supply Chain, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging manufacturing company.
Experience handling raw materials and production-related materials is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of the manufacturing procurement process and supply chain flow, experienced in supplier sourcing, supplier evaluation, quotation comparison, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
Strong ability to monitor and control material delivery schedules and supplier performance.
Good understanding of cost analysis and cost control.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience using ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills; strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
