• Diploma or higher; candidates in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade or related fields are preferred.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome; internship experience in procurement or supplier coordination is a plus.
• Good command of English for daily business and email; knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Follow up daily procurement requests and assist with supplier inquiries, quotations and price comparisons.
• Follow up on purchase order execution and coordinate orders, delivery schedules, locations and terms.
• Track production, dispatch, transport, arrival and acceptance of procured goods; report issues promptly.
• Collect and organize supplier qualification documents, contracts, invoices and related records.
• Follow up on supplier deliveries, service performance and payment progress; handle procurement issues.
• Support local procurement projects (retail store construction, signage, marketing materials, office supplies).
• Maintain supplier information, procurement registers and PO tracking; prepare summaries of activities.
• Adhere to procurement policies and approval procedures; assist in supplier evaluations and cost control.

Job description

Follow up on daily procurement requests in Indonesia and assist with supplier inquiries, quotation collection, and price comparisons.

Follow up on purchase order execution and coordinate with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery schedules, delivery locations, and relevant commercial terms.

Track the production, dispatch, transportation, arrival, and acceptance of procured goods. Report delivery issues promptly and assist in resolving them.

Assist in collecting, reviewing, and organizing supplier qualification documents, quotations, purchase contracts, invoices, acceptance records, payment applications, and other relevant documents.

Follow up on supplier deliveries, service performance, and payment progress, and assist in handling procurement-related issues.

Work with relevant business departments to execute local procurement projects, including retail store construction, advertising signage, marketing materials, office supplies, and other local purchasing requirements.

Maintain supplier information, procurement registers, and purchase order tracking records, and regularly prepare summaries of procurement activities.

Comply with company procurement policies and approval procedures, and support supplier evaluations, procurement cost control, and other related activities.

Job Requirements:

Willing to work from office (WFO) and be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.

Diploma or above. Candidates majoring in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields are preferred

Candidates with study experience in China, basic Chinese language skills, or familiarity with Chinese business culture will have an advantage.

Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of work experience are preferred. Candidates with internship experience in procurement, supply chain management, or supplier coordination will have an advantage

Good command of English in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate in English for daily business activities and email correspondence. Candidates with Chinese communication skills will have an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic skills in data organization, spreadsheet preparation, and document processing.

Good communication, coordination, learning, and execution skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to proactively follow up on purchase orders, supplier delivery schedules, and related issues.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and cost-conscious, with strong teamwork skills, compliance awareness, and professional integrity.
