PT. Sailun Tire Indonesia is seeking an operations professional to manage new customer registration, order collection, and forecast consolidation.

The role involves coordinating with headquarters on production scheduling, shipment progress, and delivery timelines. The candidate will monitor order fulfillment, support overstock management, ensure inventory accuracy through data checks and audits, and handle supplier invoices and customs clearance for imported goods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics (tire/automotive/manufacturing a plus).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Mandarin is an advantage.

Description du poste

Manage new customer registration, including customer code, insurance, and credit application.

Collect customer orders from the sales team, consolidate demand forecasts, and prepare purchase orders for local suppliers.

Develop sales forecasts and inventory plans, and coordinate order placement with headquarters.

Communicate with headquarters regarding production scheduling, shipment progress, and delivery timelines.

Monitor order fulfillment, including urgent/special orders, and ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Oversee inventory accuracy through regular data checks and physical stock audits, and support overstock management.

Handle supplier invoice review, payment application, and customs clearance for imported goods.

Prepare forecast and shipment reports, maintain documentation, and manage operational data.

Support internal departments and perform other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics (experience in tire/automotive/manufacturing is a plus).

Strong understanding of order processing, forecasting, and inventory control.

Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams, suppliers, and headquarters.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.

Fluent in English (speaking and writing); Mandarin is advantage
