Job summary

PT. Sailun Tire Indonesia is seeking an operations professional to manage new customer registration, order collection, and forecast consolidation.

The role involves coordinating with headquarters on production scheduling, shipment progress, and delivery timelines. The candidate will monitor order fulfillment, support overstock management, ensure inventory accuracy through data checks and audits, and handle supplier invoices and customs clearance for imported goods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics (tire/automotive/manufacturing a plus).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Register new customers and manage customer codes, insurance, and credit applications.
• Collect orders from the sales team, consolidate forecasts, and prepare purchase orders for local suppliers.
• Develop sales forecasts and inventory plans; coordinate order placement with headquarters.
