Job summary

SF Indonesia in South Jakarta (Kuningan area) seeks an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement for warehouse operations, supply chain services, customs clearance and logistics vendors.

We require a minimum of 3 years in procurement within logistics, strong negotiation and contract management skills, and proficiency in Excel for cost optimization. You will coordinate with warehouse, supply chain and customs teams and maintain compliant procurement records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven procurement experience in logistics, warehousing, customs clearance, or supply chain.
• Deep knowledge of commercial logistics contracts, rate card structures, and vendor sourcing strategies.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relations skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for cost optimization.
• Willing to be placed in Kuningan, South Jakarta. (WFO).
