Job summary

Sf Indonesia is hiring for a procurement specialist in Jakarta, focused on end-to-end procurement for warehouse operations and logistics services. You will source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with vendors, issue POs, and monitor performance to meet SLAs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of logistics procurement experience, with strong Excel skills and English fluency. Position is on-site (WFO) in Kuningan, South Jakarta, with responsibilities spanning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin, or Industrial Engineering).
• At least 1 year of procurement experience in logistics, warehousing, customs, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of logistics contracts, rate cards, and vendor sourcing strategies.
• Proven negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis for cost optimization.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in procurement within the logistics, warehousing, customs clearance, or supply chain industry.
• Deep knowledge of commercial logistics contracts, rate card structures, and vendor sourcing strategies.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for cost optimization.
• Active English speaker.
