Job summary

Sf Indonesia is hiring for a procurement specialist in Jakarta, focused on end-to-end procurement for warehouse operations and logistics services. You will source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with vendors, issue POs, and monitor performance to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin, or Industrial Engineering).
At least 1 year of procurement experience in logistics, warehousing, customs, or supply chain.
Strong knowledge of logistics contracts, rate cards, and vendor sourcing strategies.
Proven negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship skills.
Proficient in Excel and data analysis for cost optimization.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement processes for warehouse operations, supply chain services, customs clearance, and logistics vendors.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts and rate cards with vendors to secure cost-effective services.
Review procurement requests, issue purchase orders, and monitor vendor performance against SLAs.
Coordinate with internal teams to identify purchasing needs and specifications.
Maintain procurement documentation, contract archives, and vendor data for audit and reporting.
