Job summary

Goodhope Asia Holdings Ltd in Indonesia is seeking a procurement professional to manage PR-to-PO processes, supplier negotiations, and delivery monitoring. The role requires coordinating with internal users on specifications and maintaining timely reports.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in purchasing, preferably in palm oil plantations, with proficient English. Some travel to various sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in purchasing/procurement; experience in palm oil plantations is an advantage.
• Preferably staff specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material and Warehouse Management.
• Able to communicate in English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Receive PR and request quotations from suppliers.
• Convert PR to PO and follow up until goods are received.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain best prices.
• Monitor delivery to ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Guide users on specifications and inform suppliers.
• Report to superior on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
