Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Intl Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese for daily communication with Chinese suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier sourcing and obtain quotations for materials, equipment, and services.
• Prepare purchase orders (PO), contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with Chinese and local suppliers regarding pricing, delivery schedules, product specifications, and order status.
• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve procurement-related issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing reports.
• Compare supplier quotations and conduct cost analysis to achieve competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Finance, and Operations to fulfill procurement requirements.
• Support contract execution and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and service standards.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
