Job summary

Goodhope Asia Holdings Ltd in Indonesia is seeking a procurement professional to manage PR-to-PO processes, supplier negotiations, and delivery monitoring. The role requires coordinating with internal users on specifications and maintaining timely reports.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in purchasing, preferably in palm oil plantations, with proficient English. Some travel to various sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in purchasing/procurement; experience in palm oil plantations is an advantage.
• Preferably staff specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material and Warehouse Management.
• Able to communicate in English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Receive PR and request quotations from suppliers.
• Convert PR to PO and follow up until goods are received.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain best prices.
• Monitor delivery to ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Guide users on specifications and inform suppliers.
• Report to superior on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Negotiation with Supplier to get the best price.

Monitoring Delivery to make sure all materials receive as schedule

Follow to user to get the right specification and inform to Supplier.

Reporting to Superior (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.

At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, experience in Palm Oil Plantation (Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit) would be advantage.

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material and Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Able to communicate in English language (written & oral).
