Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Procurement Officer in Indonesia to source suppliers, negotiate terms, and coordinate with project teams. You will create purchase orders and monitor delivery while ensuring ERP systems are leveraged effectively.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree, 1+ year of procurement experience, and strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to support marketing services procurement including printing, branding, and POSM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (all majors) required.
• At least 1 year of work experience in procurement/purchasing.
• Experience in procurement (direct/indirect).
• Experience in marketing service procurement (printing, merchandise, branding, POSM, Electronic Hair Tools) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers of goods and services.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers (price, quality, deadlines, expectations).
• Liaise with suppliers and project managers on updates and details of goods.
• Create purchase orders.
• Be aware of ERP system usage.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, all major
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience in Procurement / Purchasing Role - direct/indirect Procurement
• Experience in marketing service ( sourcing for printing, merchandise, Branding, POSM, Electronic Hair Tools) will be advantage
