Job summary

McEasy, Indonesia's top Transportation Management System, seeks a Procurement/Sourcing lead to drive end-to-end IoT hardware sourcing and supplier management. You will evaluate vendors, negotiate terms, and coordinate import logistics to ensure continuity and cost efficiency.

Experience in electronics/IoT procurement, strong negotiation, and stakeholder management are essential. Mandarin is a plus, and you will work with cross-functional teams to optimize sourcing cycle time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Purchasing.
• Experience sourcing electronic, electrical, or other technical products.
• IoT hardware experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with companies manufacturing or distributing technical products is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management with overseas suppliers.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, supply chain operations, and import logistics.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing of IoT hardware from stakeholder requirements to supplier selection.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, lead time, and business needs.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, warranty, and commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to issue purchase orders and support demand planning.
• Monitor supplier performance, product quality, and delivery; coordinate import/logistics when needed.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with vendors for continuity and cost efficiency.
• Conduct regular pricing reviews and supplier evaluations to identify savings opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier and product-related issues.
• Drive procurement performance through cost, quality, delivery, and sourcing cycle-time improvements.

• Lead end-to-end sourcing of IoT hardware, including GPS trackers, dashcams, sensors, and telematics devices from stakeholder requirement gathering to supplier selection.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, lead time, and business requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, warranty, and commercial agreements with local and overseas vendors.
• Collaborate with the Purchasing team to issue Purchase Orders and support demand planning.
• Monitor supplier performance, product quality, and delivery while coordinating import and logistics activities when required.
• Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with vendors to ensure business continuity and cost efficiency.
• Conduct regular pricing reviews and supplier evaluations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier and product-related issues.
• Drive procurement performance through continuous improvement in cost, quality, delivery, and sourcing cycle time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Purchasing.
• Experience sourcing electronic, electrical, or other technical products.
• Experience with IoT hardware is highly preferred.
• Experience working in companies that manufacture or distribute technical products (non-retail/FMCG) is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, particularly with overseas suppliers.
