Job summary

McEasy, Indonesia's leading Transportation Management System, is hiring a Product Manager in Jakarta. You will own product modules, build clear PRDs, and work with Engineering and Design to ensure smooth delivery.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in product management, plus exposure to Automotive/Service/Logistics/B2B sectors, strong analytical skills, and a customer-first mindset; WFO 5 days/week is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major; Engineering or Science preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience as Product Manager.
• Experience in Automotive/Service/Logistics/B2B industries preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, empathetic, customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create clear PRDs based on high-level concepts.
• Own modules and features with clear accountability.

• Create Clear PRD based on the High-Level Concept given.
• Clear ownership and accountability on module and feature level.
• Ensuring smooth development plan with Engineering and Design team.
• Ability to capture customer pain points and provide well defined solutions to the team.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any major, Engineering or Science is preferred.
• 1-2 years' experience as Product Manager.
• Experienced in Automotive/ Service/ Logistics/ B2B Industry is highly considered.
• A good problem solver, structured thinker, and fast learner.
• Able to do mental math and quick analysis.
• Having empathetic and customer first mindset.
