Job summary

McEasy is seeking a Telemarketing Supervisor to join our team in Indonesia. The role focuses on developing a product roadmap, driving mobile app KPIs, and translating user needs into actionable product requirements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric mobile app solutions and will explore new mobile technologies to improve user adoption. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, with a background in product management or engineering

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• 2+ years of experience in product management or engineering on Mobile App Products.
• Solid knowledge of the technical aspects of Mobile App Development.

Responsibilities

• Develop a product roadmap and prioritization strategy to address user needs while achieving business objectives.
• Drive business KPIs and success metrics in term of mobile app developments (users app and driver app)
• Understand user needs and translate them into product requirements, considering business goals, development costs, and potential technical debt.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand and prioritize needs across various use cases and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the ideation, research, design, development, and adoption of user-centric mobile app products.
• Innovate and experiment on new mobile app technology to drive better user experience and higher user adoption

Job Description

• Develop a product roadmap and prioritization strategy to address user needs while achieving business objectives.
• Drive business KPIs and success metrics in term of mobile app developments (users app and driver app)
• Understand user needs and translate them into product requirements, considering business goals, development costs, and potential technical debt.

• Min. Education: Bachelor's degree (Major: Engineering/ Business)
• Min. Age: >20 years
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or engineering on Mobile App Products. (Career Transtition from Engineering Roles are welcome to apply)
• Good knowledge of the technical aspects of Mobile App Development. (Solid experience in Flutter is preferred)
• Outstanding customer-focused approach with the ability to empathize with business users and address their issues effectively.
