PT. GOTION GREEN ENERGY SOLUTIONS INDONESIA is seeking an on-site Process Specialist to standardize production operations, verify processes for new projects, and develop work instructions.

You will train staff, analyze abnormal issues, and ensure adherence to standards during internal inspections and external audits. The role focuses on PACK workshop processes, continuous improvement of efficiency and quality, and collaboration with production teams to implement standardized documentation across

Competenze

On-site manufacturing process standardization and documentation
Process verification of new projects and work instruction preparation
Problem analysis and containment of abnormal production issues
Internal discipline inspections to ensure standard operations and support external audits

Descrizione del lavoro

Inspect each process of the PACK workshop to grasp the production process;

Responsible for process verification of new projects, preparation of work instructions, optimization of process documents, and process training for production employees;

Responsible for the process guidance of relevant personnel in each process of production, and analyze and deal with abnormal problems;

Conduct internal process discipline inspections to ensure the standardization of production operations; Complete the work related to external audits

Job Requirements

After the introduction of new products, standardize on-site operations and form documents and records;

Analyze and solve on-site problems and prevent them from happening again;

Continuous improvement in efficiency and quality;

Conduct process discipline supervision on the site production process to ensure that it is implemented according to standards;
