Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) seeks a Process Engineer to analyze, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes at Tarjun, South Kalimantan. You will drive efficiency, quality, and productivity while reducing downtime and costs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and support implemention of improvements in a manufacturing environment. Placement is on-site in Tarjun.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering disciplines (Industrial/Chemical/Mechanical) or related field.
• Experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement preferred.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Good communication and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in manufacturing environments.
• Placement in Tarjun, South Kalimantan.
