PT Lion Wings is seeking an Automation Engineer to drive PLC/HMI development, sensor validation, and local database management in our Cakung, East Jakarta facility. You will collaborate with Maintenance, QC, Production, and R&D to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet targets.

The role requires hands-on PLC/SCADA experience, strong electrical knowledge, and willingness to travel to plants if needed. Fresh graduates or 1 year FMCG experience are welcome.

Formación

• Diploma or bachelor in Mechatronics/Electronics with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year FMCG production experience accepted.
• Knowledge of machines/industrial technology.

Responsabilidades

• Develop PLC and HMI systems and programs; data communication and local databases.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, QC, Production, R&D, Purchasing, PPIC.
• Prepare schedules to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
• Read Ladder Logic, ST, SFC, and C#; validate sensors with QA and Production.

Descripción del empleo

Responsible for ensuring that company projects are executed smoothly and completed on time by leveraging both hard skills and soft skills. Additionally, responsible for managing the sensor instruments used in the Cakung production facility.

Responsibilities:

Develop PLC and HMI systems and programs, data communication systems, and local database systems.

Coordinate effectively with other departments, including Maintenance, Quality Control (QC), Production, Research & Development (R&D), Purchasing, and Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC).

Prepare schedules when necessary to ensure that project progress remains on track and meets established targets. Take responsibility for completing agreed-upon tasks and objectives within the specified deadlines.

Read, understand, and interpret Ladder Logic, Structured Text (ST), Sequential Function Chart (SFC), C#, and other computer programming languages.

Conduct regular validation of sensor instruments. In the event of any issues, perform joint validation with the Production or Quality Control (QC) departments.

Troubleshoot, inspect, and repair faulty sensor instruments.

Coordinate and maintain inventory levels of essential sensor instruments required for production processes.

Prepare data, conduct analyses, and develop presentations for meetings and discussions with management.

Requirements:

Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) - Mechatronics Engineering (Robotics), Electronics Engineering (Low Voltage), with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Fresh graduate or 1 year of work experience in FMCG production.

Has knowledge/experience related to machines/industrial technology.

Has strong hard and soft skills, including drawing/design (AutoCAD/SketchUp/SolidWorks), electrical knowledge, and PLC programming (computer).

Able to work under pressure, eager to learn, analytical, and has good problem-solving skills.

Flexible to work in the office or in the field when required.

Good communication skills, diligent, creative, honest, meticulous, disciplined, and responsible.

Willing to work overtime or on holidays if needed.

Able to work in a team or individually as per project requirements.

Willing to be placed in Cakung or travel to other Plants when required.

Willing to take part in the Recruitment and Work Placement process in Cakung, East Jakarta.
