ofi Indonesia, a global leader in food and beverage ingredients, seeks a Process Engineer to supervise production, analyze data, and drive continuous improvements. You will implement GMP, ensure safety protocols, and collaborate across teams to save costs and optimize efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering with at least two years in manufacturing; English fluency is essential. Based in Tangerang, Indonesia, the position supports ongoing trials and new technology

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering, production or continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and ensure production processes operate within defined parameters.
• Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process deviations in a timely manner.
• Identify potential hazards affecting people, products, or the environment.
• Ensure strict implementation of GMP, food safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead or support improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or Kaizen methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cost saving and efficiency projects.
• Support trials for new products or new technologies. Validate new processes and ensure smooth industrialization.
• Prepare reports on process performance, quality results, and improvement projects.
