Job summary

CP Prima seeks a qualified professional to document and maintain As-Is business processes using narratives and flowcharts. You will perform gap analyses to identify weaknesses and control gaps, and develop recommendations to improve and standardize processes with stronger internal controls.

You’ll collaborate with process owners across departments to capture requirements, validate improvements, and support To-Be process documentation while monitoring action items.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Process Improvement, BPM, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Internal Control, Consulting, or related function.
• Strong understanding of business processes, internal controls, and process improvement concepts.
• Able to prepare clear process flowcharts, narratives, gap analyses, and recommendations.
• Willingness to travel as required for the role.
• Able to work independently and across departments to understand end‑to‑end processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, or other process‑mapping tools preferred.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain current business processes (As-Is) with narratives, flowcharts, and documentation.
• Perform gap analysis to identify weaknesses, inefficiencies, and control gaps.
• Develop recommendations to improve and standardize processes and strengthen controls.
• Collaborate with departments and process owners to understand practices and requirements.
• Facilitate discussions to validate processes, gaps, and improvements.
• Support To-Be Process documentation and follow up on action items.
• Assist BPA Dept Head in process review, improvement, and assurance initiatives.
• Willingness to be placed in Jakarta.
