Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Commis/Demi/Private Chef to join a 5-star hotel setting. The role involves preparing Indonesian, Japanese, and Chinese cuisines with a focus on healthy, well-presented meals.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of relevant experience in high-end hotel environments or private households, and be proficient in food safety, hygiene, and FIFO inventory management. Flexibility for early shifts and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Min. Vocational High School (SMK) in Culinary Arts or Diploma/Bachelor's in Culinary Arts /Hospitality.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Commis Chef, Demi Chef, or Personal/Private Chef (Restaurant, Hotel, or Premium Household experience is a plus) in 5 stars hotel.
• Proficient in Indonesian, Japanese, and Chinese cuisine.
• Skilled in preparing delicious and well-presented Healthy / Diet Meals.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and FIFO inventory management.
• Capable of weekly menu planning, grocery list preparation, and efficient food budget management.
• Honest, disciplined, punctual, highly proactive, and polite.
• High integrity with strict respect for privacy, discretion, and household etiquette.
• Flexible to work according to the employer's schedule (including early morning shifts and holidays)
