Our client is a 5* high end International Chain Resort with a large F&B operation. This role will be reporting directly to Head Chef. This position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.

• Culinary school background
• Experience in a similar position in 5* hotel or in reputable free-standing restaurant
• Well experienced in different facets of Japanese Cuisine
• Good on modern Japanese Cuisine
• Good English both spoken and written
• Strong luxury foundation
• Experience with HACCP Standard
