Job summary

PermataBank is seeking a seasoned Priority Private Banking leader in Jakarta to supervise Priority RMs, drive sales, and build strong client relationships in line with regulatory guidelines.

The role emphasizes wealth management knowledge, cross-selling, and delivering high-quality service to both existing and new priority clients, while guiding a capable team toward ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a priority/private banking
• Having good knowledge of wealth management products
• Good leadership skills and experience in leading a team
• Good communication and relationship skills
• AAJI & WPPE is a must

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring that Priority RMs under their supervision carry out sales activities in accordance with established guidelines.
• Responsible for ensuring that Priority RMs under their supervision perform cross-selling, identify customer needs, market or provide advice on liability and wealth management products to priority segment customers according to their needs, and execute the sales process in compliance with applicable regulations to achieve the bank’s set targets.
• Responsible for ensuring that Priority RMs under their supervision build and maintain relationships with both existing and new customers, and provide high-quality service to customers in accordance with service standards.
