Job summary

Permata Bank in Jakarta is seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager Funding to drive NTB acquisitions and strengthen ETB portfolios. You will advise clients on funding and wealth solutions, supported by a product specialist team.

We value interpersonal excellence, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to sell and influence. AAJI & WPPE certification is required, and 3+ years in funding roles is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Min >3 years experience as Relationship Manager Funding.
• Good knowledge of banking funding/wealth management products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Selling/influencing experience required.
• AAJI & WPPE certification is a must.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and secure new relationships (NTB), meeting targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and penetrate portfolio (ETB).
• Offer financial and investment advice after assessing requirements, supported by product specialist team.
• Upgrade potential client to priority segment.
