Job summary

Permata Bank is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager Funding to prospect new clients, establish lasting relationships, and deliver funding and wealth-management solutions across our branch network.

You will assess client needs with the product specialist team, aim for profitability, upgrade eligible clients to priority segment, and adhere to AAJI and WPPE requirements throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• 3+ years experience as Relationship Manager Funding.
• Good knowledge of banking funding/wealth management products and services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to sell and influence.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and secure new relationships (NTB), meeting targets and profitability.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and penetrate portfolio (ETB).
• Offer financial and investment advice to clients with support from product specialists (Loan, WM, etc).
• Upgrade potential client to priority segment.

• Good at selling/influencing
• AAJI & WPPE is a must
