Responsibilities

• Understand the campaign programs offered to ensure alignment with data sources, and develop scripts that will be used to calculate blast results and program takers.
• Ensure timely delivery of reports.
• Review submitted reports with stakeholders and provide information according to their needs.
• Provide insights from the available data to improve profitability, cost efficiency, and optimize productivity.
• Carry out process improvements in information delivery to enhance turnaround time (TAT) and minimize errors from manual processes.
• Ensure proper documentation in information delivery to prevent deviations from applicable policies and procedures.
