Job summary

Stella Maris International Education seeks a high-impact leader to oversee the primary school division, providing strategic vision and educational leadership. Overseeing curriculum development, implementation and ensuring alignment with school standards and educational best practices

Managing, supervising and evaluating the performance of primary school teaching and support staff

What we're looking for

A teaching qualification and recognised principal or senior leadership certification in education management

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in primary education, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or management role

Proven expertise in curriculum development and implementation at primary level

Strong understanding of pedagogical practices and current educational trends in primary education

Excellent staff management and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

Demonstrated capability in strategic planning, budgeting and resource management

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders including parents, staff and students

Experience in leading school improvement initiatives and maintaining high academic standards

Knowledge of educational policies, governance and compliance requirements

Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
